Introducing RapidShield® from First Fence

First Fence is delighted to introduce the RapidShield® fencing line to our customers. It is a temporary, high-security fencing solution designed to swiftly and efficiently secure an area with minimal fuss and disruption.

Manufactured from pre-galvanised steel, the RapidShield® system is a modular product that allows you to form a secure, semi-permanent security fence in any length, giving you the strength of permanent fencing with the swift installation and convenience of temporary fencing. This RapidShield® fence panel and post system can be erected and removed in minutes.

Standard temporary fencing is sometimes appropriate for outdoor sites that require security on a short- or medium-term basis. When you need a speedily installed, higher security system but do not want or need to bolt down or concrete-in the system permanently, then RapidShield® is the ideal choice. There is no excavation or determining the quality of the ground substance; this system is erected directly onto any flat ground.

The RapidShield® 1.8m V mesh fencing comes in kit form, each kit contains a 1.8m high x 3.0m wide V mesh panel, an intermediate post, seven M8 x 40mm mesh security bolts, seven black universal fencing clips, a black ribbed insert for the post end, and a Unifoot kit with ballast.

RapidShield® is also available as a 2.0, 2.4 and 3.0m kit. This particular fencing kit is a V mesh style, 868 and 358 mesh infills are also available. V mesh fencing is a type of welded wire with a distinctive V-shaped pattern that provides additional strength and stability to the structure, making it resistant to deformation and impact.

Innovative Stabilising System

The RapidShield® Unifoot kit (with 200kg of ballast) is used to secure your fencing in place. The RapidShield® Unifoot kit features an innovative, patented folding design with a handle to ensure straightforward manoeuvrability, and the capacity to be stacked neatly on top of each other.

Additional products

Also available within this product line are a corner post kit and an end post kit for creating a change in direction or close to your fencing. The fencing kits are also available with an 868 or 358 mesh infill.

For creating the ideal, secure entry and exit point to your fencing, why not add a RapidShield® site gate? Each gate comes with pre-lasered holes for our safety tether (gate restrainer), ensuring our RapidShield® gates comply with BS 12604 safety standards. The gates are furnished with flush-fitting drop bolts, which allow for easy storage, enabling the panels to be stacked neatly without any protruding hardware. The RapidShield® gate is available as a single or double leaf and in a choice of widths.
